Formlabs is seeking a Senior Marketing Strategy & Analytics Manager to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize marketing strategies. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize your expertise in marketing analytics. This role requires a strong strategic mindset and experience in customer segmentation.
You have 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy and analytics, demonstrating a strong ability to leverage data for decision-making. Your expertise in marketing analytics allows you to provide valuable insights that support growth objectives. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with marketing and sales teams to define customer segments and target audiences based on data analysis and market research.
Your analytical skills are complemented by a strategic mindset, enabling you to monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments effectively. You understand the importance of tailoring marketing strategies to specific customer segments through in-depth customer segmentation analysis. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, high-growth environment and are adept at collaborating across cross-functional teams.
Experience with advanced analytics tools and methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with marketing automation platforms. You have a proven track record of optimizing marketing strategies based on data-driven insights and are passionate about using analytics to drive business results.

Your role will involve assessing the performance of various marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall effectiveness.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing analytics frameworks that enable the team to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Your insights will guide strategic decisions and help shape the future of our marketing efforts.
At Formlabs, we offer a competitive compensation package, including base pay and equity in the form of RSUs. Your financial investment will grow with us in accordance with your impact. The annual base pay range for this role is $135,000—$160,000 USD, reflecting your skills, qualifications, experience, and expected impact on the organization.
