AI Algorithm Engineer (Agent Specialization)

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience developing AI systems, particularly focusing on RAG, Agent architectures, or LLM training and optimization. Your proficiency in Python and key ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow is complemented by hands-on experience in distributed training and high-performance inference. You possess in-depth knowledge in at least two domains: end-to-end RAG pipeline development with OpenSearch or vector databases, AI Agent framework development using LangGraph, CrewAI, or ReAct, and advanced LLM training techniques like SFT, RLHF, and alignment. Your excellent problem-solving and systems thinking skills are matched by a passion for Web3 and AI.

What you'll do

In this role, you will architect and develop AI Agent systems that power intelligent search and task execution agents. You will optimize end-to-end RAG pipelines, refining systems from ingestion and chunking to embedding and hybrid vector search, ensuring precise grounding and citation. Your responsibilities will include conducting advanced post-training techniques and aligning models for reliable JSON-schema function calling and external tool usage. You will build offline and online evaluation pipelines using synthetic QA, retrieval metrics, and hallucination detection to continuously improve system performance and stability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-accuracy, low-latency AI Agent systems that enhance Web3 applications. Your work will directly contribute to the continuous improvement of RAG retrieval accuracy and the establishment of robust AI systems.
