Google is seeking an AI Sales Specialist Manager III to lead a high-performing sales team in the Google Cloud division. You'll leverage your expertise in AI technology and cloud solutions to drive business growth and customer transformation. This role requires 12 years of experience in sales and strong leadership skills.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 12 years of experience in a sales role within the enterprise software, cloud, or AI space. Your leadership experience includes managing a quota-carrying team, where you've excelled in people management, mentorship, and coaching. You have a proven track record of identifying AI use cases to solve customer issues and selling AI technology to clients. Your people and business management experience supports the career development of a high-performing sales team and drives business growth. You are skilled in planning and organizing go-to-market strategies, business programs, and sales activities within your team and territory. You leverage your knowledge of products, solutions, and market trends to analyze sales performance data and drive strategic direction. You have experience influencing cross-functional teams to impact business goals, customer experience, and customer expansion. Your excellent problem-solving, communication, presentation, listening, and program management skills make you a trusted advisor to your team and their accounts.
In this role, you will own CXO relationships with top customers, inspiring executives by identifying AI use cases for Google Cloud products and solutions. You will represent your business in forecasts, town halls, and meetings, reporting forecasts and business performance in Salesforce and other tools. You will lead your team in developing and executing sales strategies that align with customer needs and market opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive customer expansion. Your responsibilities will include mentoring team members, fostering a culture of high performance, and ensuring that your team meets or exceeds sales targets. You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance. You will also be responsible for tracking sales metrics and reporting on team performance to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
