Carvana is seeking a Rim Repair Specialist to join their team in Rocklin, CA. You'll be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage and using state-of-the-art tools. This role requires at least 1 year of professional experience in wheel/rim repair.
You have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in wheel and rim repair, demonstrating your ability to handle deep wheel damage effectively. Your hands-on experience with wheel repair machines and painting techniques makes you a valuable addition to our team. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when necessary. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, ensuring smooth collaboration with your colleagues and customers.
While not required, any additional certifications in automotive repair or related fields would be a plus. Familiarity with the latest automotive repair technologies and techniques will help you excel in this role.
As a Rim Repair Specialist at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage, ensuring that each wheel meets our high standards of quality and safety. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools and equipment in our high-tech Inspection Centers, allowing you to perform repairs efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve not only the technical aspects of wheel repair but also maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
You will work closely with other Autobody Technicians and team members to ensure that all repairs are completed on time and to the satisfaction of our customers. Your commitment to teamwork and collaboration will be essential as you contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will also participate in training programs offered by Carvana to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company.
