Cloudbeds is seeking a Revenue Intelligence Onboarding Coach to guide new customers through the setup and adoption of their revenue generation tools. You'll leverage your expertise in Revenue Management Systems to empower clients in utilizing AI-powered solutions. This role is fully remote and based in the Philippines.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success and onboarding, with a focus on revenue generation tools. Your expertise in Revenue Management Systems (RMS) allows you to effectively guide clients through the setup and configuration of advanced tools. You understand the hospitality industry and are passionate about helping clients achieve measurable revenue growth through technology. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and ensure their success with Cloudbeds' platform.

You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, allowing you to address client concerns and provide tailored solutions. Your ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service is a testament to your organizational skills. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable collaborating with a global team.

Desirable

Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-powered forecasting and dynamic pricing strategies. You may have worked with various RMS partners, giving you a broad perspective on the tools available in the market. A background in marketing or sales can also enhance your ability to support clients in their revenue strategies.

What you'll do

As a Revenue Intelligence Onboarding Coach, you will play a critical role in the Customer Onboarding Team at Cloudbeds. Your primary responsibility will be to guide new customers through the setup and adoption of our Revenue Marketing product suite, which includes Revenue Intelligence and Guest Marketing. You will ensure that clients are empowered to utilize our AI-powered forecasting, dynamic pricing, and targeted email marketing capabilities effectively.

You will conduct onboarding sessions, providing clients with the knowledge and tools they need to maximize their use of our platform. This includes training on how to leverage our RMS tools and integrating them with our ecosystem of partners. You will also be responsible for monitoring client progress and providing ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the platform.

Collaboration with internal teams will be essential, as you will work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product improvements. You will also participate in developing onboarding materials and resources to enhance the client experience.
