As a UX Research Intern at Xometry, you will conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand customer behaviors, needs, and pain points. You will design and execute studies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability tests, with support from the UX Research Lead. Your role will involve analyzing and synthesizing research findings into actionable insights that inform product and design decisions. You will have the opportunity to partner with various teams across the company, gaining exposure to different aspects of the business and enhancing your understanding of user experience in a high-growth enterprise technology environment.
