Technical Lead (M3)
Roles and Responsibilities
● Write maintainable/scalable/efficient code.
● Design and architect technical solutions for the business problems of a very ecommerce portal.
● Work in a cross-functional team, collaborating with peers during the entire SDLC
● Follow coding standards, unit-testing, code reviews etc.
● Follow release cycles and commitment to deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
● 6+ years of experience in building large scale applications or products.
● Ability to take end-to-end ownership,focus on operational excellence; ability to work with
ambiguity.
● Effective in problem solving skills, data structures and algorithms.
● Clear understanding of one or more of RDBMS/NoSQL/Messaging/Caching technologies.
● Understanding of and coding skills in following technologies: Java
● BTech/BE in Computer Science or equivalent.
● Good understanding in coding skills in Java/J2EE, Golang, Spring, Springboot, Web technologies,
RDBMS.
● Knowledge of Messaging queues like Kafka is a plus
