You have extensive experience in applied science, particularly in machine learning and data science, with a strong foundation in Python and data analysis. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy mentoring others, promoting best practices in engineering and applied science. Your ability to identify high-impact business opportunities through data exploration sets you apart, and you are comfortable navigating the entire data science lifecycle from design to productionisation.
You are adept at hands-on development and have experience with both batch and real-time machine learning models. Your strong technical skills enable you to work effectively with structured and unstructured data, and you are passionate about finding efficient solutions to complex problems. You understand the importance of fostering a positive office culture and are committed to building strong relationships within your team.
Experience with cloud platforms and tools such as AWS or GCP would be beneficial. Familiarity with data pipelines and model deployment frameworks is a plus, as is a background in mentoring junior scientists or engineers.
