Overview

VTEX is hiring an Office Manager to oversee office operations and administrative support in Medellin. This role involves managing inventory and coordinating with external suppliers. Experience in office management is preferred.

Who you are

You have experience in office management and administrative support, with a strong ability to organize and manage office inventory effectively. You understand the importance of maintaining a well-functioning workplace and can coordinate with various suppliers to ensure quality service. You are comfortable working independently and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external vendors. You are adaptable and can manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring that the office runs smoothly.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the office inventory, including supplies and kitchen essentials. You will coordinate weekly orders for groceries and other necessary items, ensuring that the office is well-stocked at all times. You will also work closely with building management and approved external suppliers to maintain the quality of services such as cleaning, maintenance, and catering. Your role will involve supervising the general conditions of the office and addressing any issues that arise promptly. You will provide on-site support up to four days a week, depending on the needs of the business. Additionally, you will maintain autonomy over how you execute your services, allowing you to bring your unique approach to office management.
