Carta is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer II to enhance their Frontend Platform. You'll work with JavaScript and React to maintain and improve the core infrastructure for modern frontend applications. This role requires significant experience in frontend development.
You have 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on building scalable and maintainable applications. Your expertise in JavaScript and React allows you to create high-quality user experiences that are both functional and visually appealing. You understand the importance of performance optimization and are skilled in debugging complex issues that arise in frontend applications. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless integrations and features. You are passionate about creating a positive developer experience and are always looking for ways to improve workflows and processes. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and frameworks as needed to meet project demands.
Experience with modern frontend build tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Familiarity with TypeScript and state management libraries like Redux can enhance your contributions to the team. A background in UX/UI design principles will help you collaborate effectively with design teams.
