The Worldwide Pricing team is looking for an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer (Sr SDE) to lead a team of highly talented engineers building pricing solutions for Amazon's Selling Partners worldwide.

* Provide sellers with relevant and actionable insights
* Develop scalable tools for pricing optimization
* Build and operate secure, optimized systems that empower selling partners
We are looking for talented senior software development engineers who can deliver world-class solutions. You will solve ambiguous business problems and map them to well-designed technical solutions. You will design, launch, and re-architect multi-tier systems with large amounts of data. You will use object-oriented concepts, algorithms and data structures to build systems at Amazon scale. You will quickly adapt to new environments and use creativity to solve difficult problems in a world-class engineering team.- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
