Dandy is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to manage supplier relationships and sourcing initiatives for their Removables product line. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity while collaborating with various internal stakeholders.
You have experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management, ideally within the dental or healthcare industry. You thrive in ambiguous situations and enjoy building strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability. Your negotiation skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively manage supplier performance and onboarding initiatives. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, R&D, Finance, and Legal, to drive sourcing initiatives that impact customer satisfaction and business outcomes. You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of how sourcing decisions affect overall business performance.
Experience in the dental industry or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with supplier performance metrics and quality assurance processes will help you excel in this role. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and have a track record of successfully implementing sourcing strategies that enhance operational efficiency.
In this role, you will support day-to-day supplier management across key Removables suppliers, ensuring that they meet Dandy's quality and delivery standards. You will maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable capacity and performance. Your responsibilities will include executing sourcing initiatives that directly impact quality, cost, and turnaround time for Dandy's Removables product line. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and drive measurable impact. You will also be responsible for supplier onboarding initiatives, ensuring that new suppliers meet Dandy's standards and expectations.
