Vercel is hiring an FP&A Manager for their Finance team to lead financial operations for go-to-market organizations. You'll manage budgets and forecasting while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in financial management.
You have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience managing operational expenses and headcount budgets. You understand the intricacies of go-to-market strategies and can align financial decisions with business objectives. Your analytical skills allow you to build systems and workflows that scale effectively, ensuring that financial initiatives are fully funded and within budget targets. You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering with teams across RevOps, Strategic Finance, and Talent to drive investment decisions that support growth and profitability. You are detail-oriented and possess the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
In this role, you will own the GTM budget envelope, managing operational expenses and headcount budgets for Vercel's largest teams. You will ensure that all initiatives are fully funded and remain within burn targets, working closely with Strategic Finance on growth, ROI, and unit economics. You will drive dollar-based headcount planning, shifting the focus from simple headcount additions to strategic workforce planning that aligns with business goals. Your role will involve building and maintaining financial models that support decision-making and provide insights into the financial health of the organization. You will also be responsible for forecasting commissions and ensuring that compensation structures are aligned with performance metrics. As a key member of the Finance team, you will contribute to the overall financial strategy of Vercel, helping to shape the future of the company.
