Rubrik is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive bookings growth in Tokyo, Japan. You'll focus on acquiring new accounts and expanding existing customer relationships. This role requires strong sales skills and knowledge of the security/data industry.

You thrive in a quota-driven environment and are passionate about helping organizations achieve resilience against cyber threats. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers and Channel Partners, sets you apart as a top performer in your field.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Rubrik, you will take ownership of all elements of bookings growth in new and existing accounts across the Tokyo region. You will be responsible for discovering and developing new opportunities, managing your sales pipeline, and executing account strategies to exceed sales quotas. Daily pipeline generation will be a key focus, and you will work closely with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, and Channel Development teams to drive results. Your role will involve representing Rubrik at top accounts in the region and ensuring that you meet and exceed your sales targets through effective account management and customer expansion strategies.
