You are ready to take on the responsibilities of front desk management and facilities support, ensuring that all queries and requests are handled efficiently.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, staff, tenants, and couriers, ensuring a warm welcome and professional representation of HelloFresh. You will manage front desk operations, responding to queries and facilities tickets for HelloFresh and its sub-tenants, ensuring timely resolutions. Your responsibilities will include maintaining office supplies, stocking food and beverages, and ensuring the workspace is well-equipped and organized. You will monitor building access to ensure safety protocols are followed and contribute to a secure environment. Additionally, you will work with external service providers and facilities contractors to ensure smooth operations, including cleaning and maintenance services. Your role will also involve collaborating with the Workplace & Culture team to identify and implement small, impactful improvements to the workplace environment.
