What you'll do

As the Lead Project Manager at NEORIS, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of SAP S/4HANA projects, with a particular focus on SAP Incentive Management (SPM). You will lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that all project deliverables are met within the established scope, timeline, and budget. Your role will involve defining and implementing project management strategies and methodologies tailored to the specific needs of each project.

You will oversee the integration of SAP S/4HANA with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with business processes. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, as you will be responsible for meeting business and contractual objectives while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

In this role, you will apply your knowledge of quality standards and best practices to all phases of the project, ensuring that the solutions delivered are not only effective but also sustainable.
