Overview

Xometry is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Supplier Services to lead their North American sales team. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through customer acquisition and account management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in transforming sales organizations.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of transforming and realigning sales organizations to achieve ambitious targets. With over 10 years of experience in sales, you understand the nuances of driving top-line revenue growth through new customer acquisition and existing account management. You are an inspiring leader who is well-respected by both your team and customers, leading by example and fostering a high-performance culture.

You possess excellent analytical skills, leveraging data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions. Your experience includes working cross-functionally to successfully launch subscription-based services, demonstrating your ability to collaborate effectively with other departments. You are results-driven and thrive in a growth-oriented environment, willing to shift between hands-on execution and high-level strategic vision.

Desirable

Experience in the manufacturing or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketplaces. You have a knack for penetrating white space in existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling, and you are adept at managing and growing existing accounts. Your leadership style encourages team collaboration and innovation, and you are committed to developing your team's skills and capabilities.

What you'll do

As the Vice President of Sales for Supplier Services at Xometry, you will lead the North American sales team, reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
