Who you are

You have at least 2 years of experience in multi-channel technical support at a SaaS company, where you've developed a strong understanding of customer needs and technical troubleshooting. Your experience using tools like Zendesk, Jira, and Confluence has equipped you with the skills to manage customer inquiries effectively. You are detail-oriented and self-motivated, always seeking opportunities for continuous learning and improvement. As a critical thinker, you approach problems methodically and are eager to dive deep into technical issues to find solutions. Your background in engineering or programming gives you a solid foundation for understanding complex technical challenges. You thrive in collaborative environments and value the relationships built through teamwork.

What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with customers through various channels, including a ticketing system, live chat, and screensharing tools, to identify and resolve technical support requests. You will be responsible for reproducing technical issues and diving into Datadog’s extensive integrations to provide effective solutions. Your role will also involve participating in product conversations with internal teams based on feedback gathered from client interactions. As you train to become a knowledgeable specialist in one or more Datadog product areas, you will contribute to the overall success of the Technical Solutions team. You will work from a Datadog office three days a week, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
