Google is seeking a Strategy and Operations Lead for their Go-to-Market team to drive business strategy and operations. You'll collaborate with stakeholders and provide critical insights to support leadership decision-making. This role requires 6+ years of experience in management consulting or business strategy.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking roles, or digital ads sales. You possess the ability to drive and execute strategy and operations while collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders. You thrive in fluid and ambiguous environments, articulating complex problem statements in a simple way and performing data analysis to provide actionable recommendations. Your excellent communication and influencing skills enable you to navigate complex discussions and align cross-functional goals.
As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will provide business-critical insights and recommendations that support leadership decision-making. You will collaborate with business partners to develop and drive business strategy, acting as both a trusted advisor and subject matter expert. Your role will involve running the business framework, helping the organization navigate the complexities of systems and tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve problems. You will design, manage, and deliver projects against operational standards, focusing on partnering with the Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization. You will develop forward-looking plans and operational best practices, while also gathering marketplace intelligence and insights to drive customer centricity and seller enablement. Your analysis and modeling will identify trends and opportunities, structuring and communicating outputs to influence stakeholders effectively.
