Software Engineering Manager, Enterprise Platforms Engineering

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in AI/ML, and leading teams to solve ML related problems.
• Experience in cross-organizational influence.
• Ability to inspire and guide teams towards successful business outcomes and foster a positive engineering culture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Identify crucial engineering requirements, including managing technical debt, integrating technological advancements, and implementing processes to enhance product quality. Define the goal and roadmap, overseeing project priorities, and ensuring their timely execution. 
• Serve as a coach and mentor, actively supporting engineers in their career development.
• Develop an understanding of the ML foundation's technical architecture to effectively drive customer success.
• Contribute to the growth and leadership of a vital platform capability, which is constantly evolving, with a concentrated effort on developing foundational ML capabilities aimed at enhancing automation and efficiency across sales and support enterprise businesses.
