What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the legal team at Motional, providing guidance and support on a variety of legal matters that impact the company's operations. You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, ensuring that they align with the company's goals and comply with relevant regulations. Your leadership will be crucial in implementing best practices and procedures within the legal department, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

You will work closely with teams across the organization, including Procurement, Operations, Product, and Engineering, to drive corporate and commercial transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders will be essential in navigating complex legal landscapes and ensuring that the legal team is a trusted partner in the business.

Additionally, you will manage board-related activities on behalf of Motional, ensuring that all legal aspects are addressed and that the board is well-informed on relevant issues. Your strategic thinking will help shape the legal team's priorities and initiatives, aligning them with the company's mission and objectives.
