Adyen is seeking an Implementation Manager to guide merchants through the integration process with their platform. You'll leverage your technical expertise and project management skills to ensure a smooth implementation experience. This role is based in Sydney and requires strong customer focus.
You have a solid understanding of technology and integration design, with hands-on experience in project management. Your strong customer focus allows you to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical teams. You thrive in a consultative role, guiding clients through complex processes and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. You are motivated by the challenge of delivering exceptional merchant experiences and are eager to tackle unique technical challenges at scale. You understand the importance of maintaining open lines of communication with both merchants and internal teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed.
Experience in e-commerce payment solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with various financial technology platforms. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies that can enhance the implementation process. A background in customer success or technical account management would also be beneficial, as it complements your ability to manage client relationships effectively.
