What you'll do

As the Director of Silicon Verification at Graphcore, you will set the direction for the verification strategy across multiple silicon programs. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire verification lifecycle, from planning and infrastructure to execution and coverage closure. Your role will involve defining and implementing best practices that ensure the delivery of high-quality silicon that meets the company's architectural requirements.

You will lead a multi-site verification team, coordinating efforts across different locations to ensure consistency and quality in verification processes. Your leadership will drive the team to achieve high-performance outcomes while adhering to Graphcore's quality standards.

In this role, you will also be involved in strategic decision-making, working closely with senior leadership to align verification goals with the company's broader objectives. You will play a key role in shaping the future of AI compute by ensuring that Graphcore's silicon products are reliable and high-performing.
