You have a proven track record in relationship management, particularly with enterprise-level clients, and you understand the nuances of building and maintaining strategic partnerships. Your experience spans over 5 years in sales or account management, where you've successfully driven growth and profitability for your organization. You are adept at navigating complex negotiations and have a strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about empowering customers and partners alike. Experience in the fintech industry or with payment solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with the retail landscape. You have a strong analytical mindset and can leverage data to inform your strategies and decisions. A background in marketing or business development would also be beneficial, as it complements your relationship management skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of enterprise-level merchants, both online and in-store. You will work closely with these partners to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that Afterpay's solutions align with their business objectives. Your goal will be to exceed profitability targets for both Afterpay and its partners, driving mutual success. You will engage in regular communication with your portfolio, providing insights and support to help them maximize their use of Afterpay's services. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the needs of your partners are met and that they receive the highest level of service.
You will be expected to develop and implement strategic plans for your accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. This includes conducting regular business reviews and performance assessments to ensure that targets are being met. You will also play a key role in onboarding new partners, guiding them through the integration process and ensuring a smooth transition to Afterpay's platform. Your ability to build strong relationships will be crucial in fostering loyalty and long-term partnerships.
