Taboola is seeking a Business Operations Manager to enhance efficiencies within the Sales Operations team. You'll leverage your expertise in Salesforce, MS Excel, and business intelligence tools to support Account Management strategies. This role requires 4+ years of experience in business operations or a related field.
You have over 4 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or business consulting, and you understand the intricacies of driving efficiencies within an organization. Your strong working knowledge of CRM software, particularly Salesforce, allows you to manage customer relationships effectively. You are proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets, and you have hands-on experience with business intelligence tools like QlikSense, enabling you to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Your ability to comprehend Account Management strategies and translate business needs into technical requirements is crucial for ensuring successful go-to-market initiatives that have a tangible business impact. You possess demonstrable project management skills and have successfully led cross-functional initiatives, showcasing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You can influence and collaborate effectively within a matrix organization, making you a valuable team player.
You are highly motivated and can work autonomously, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Your proactive nature and willingness to learn continuously set you apart. In your role as a Business Operations Manager, you will lead and strategize the development and rollout of Account Management processes that drive efficiencies across the Enterprise organization. You will work closely with the Account Management teams to support their day-to-day operations, ensuring that processes are streamlined and effective. Your project management skills will be essential as you oversee cross-functional initiatives that require collaboration across various departments.
You will analyze data to identify trends and make informed recommendations to management, aligning your insights with the strategic objectives of the organization. Your understanding of the tech landscape and the advertising world will enable you to navigate the digital media revenue ecosystem effectively. You will also be responsible for developing processes that enhance the overall performance of the Sales Operations team, ensuring that they can meet their goals and objectives.
At Taboola, we offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $115,000 USD, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a discretionary bonus, equity options, flexible PTO, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
