Dropbox is seeking a Workforce Planning Partner to deliver data-driven workforce solutions and support strategic planning. You'll collaborate with various teams to develop insights and dashboards. This role requires experience in workforce planning and analytics.
You have a strong background in workforce planning and analytics, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to derive insights from complex data sets and present them in a clear, actionable manner. You understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration and can effectively partner with finance and business leaders to drive workforce planning initiatives. Your experience with talent intelligence platforms and HR processes gives you a unique perspective on workforce dynamics. You are comfortable using data visualization tools to create dashboards that inform decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. You thrive in a virtual-first environment and are excited about building technical solutions from the ground up.
Experience deploying a skills-based workforce model is a strong advantage. Familiarity with various HR technologies and analytics tools will set you apart. You are proactive in seeking out best practices and benchmarking against industry standards to ensure that your strategies are aligned with organizational goals.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end headcount management processes, including requisition tracking and scenario-based headcount planning. You will build and maintain workforce dashboards that provide real-time insights for leaders, enabling them to make informed decisions about talent acquisition and resource allocation. Collaborating closely with finance, you will conduct supply and demand analysis, forecasting, and business scenario planning to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. You will partner with People Analytics and TA Operations to deliver predictive analytics and talent intelligence insights that drive workforce planning discussions. Your contributions will support annual company-wide workforce planning processes, ensuring that they align with both strategic and financial planning initiatives. You will also play a key role in refreshing workforce metrics and conducting external benchmarking to support HR business partners and business leaders in their planning discussions.
