You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that inventory is accurately received and stocked while safeguarding products against loss or theft. As a DashMart Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to manage inventory receiving and ensure that all products are accounted for. You will monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring proper rotation to minimize spoilage. You will utilize technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers. Clear communication with customers through the app will be essential, especially when substitution approvals are needed. You will maintain a safe working environment by adhering to DashMart safety and security standards and completing all cleaning and organization tasks as assigned by management.
