Overview

Google is seeking a Program Manager II for Customer Self-Sufficiency to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You'll work with SQL and data analysis to drive program management and delivery. This role requires 5+ years of experience in program or project management.

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in program or project management. Your background includes working with SQL, where you've connected and summarized various datasets to derive insights. You have a proven track record of managing cross-functional projects, demonstrating your ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments. Your experience with research, experimentation, and A/B testing has equipped you with the skills to handle large datasets and apply statistical analysis methods effectively. You thrive in dynamic environments, where you can prioritize and deliver results with minimal direction. Your strong communication skills allow you to articulate findings and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.

Desirable

While not required, experience in maintaining data pipelines and a strong understanding of data-driven problem-solving approaches will set you apart. You possess a keen intellectual curiosity and a creative mindset, which drives you to solve problems effectively. You believe that a problem isn’t truly solved until it’s addressed comprehensively, reflecting your commitment to customer satisfaction and product excellence.

What you'll do
