HelloFresh is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and retention strategies. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and utilize CRM and paid channels to optimize customer experience. This role requires experience in data-driven marketing and collaboration across various departments.
You have a strong background in growth marketing with at least 5 years of experience in driving customer acquisition and retention strategies. Your expertise spans across various marketing channels, particularly CRM and paid advertising, allowing you to effectively engage with both former and active customers. You possess analytical skills that enable you to develop data-driven strategies, ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with customer needs and business goals. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with teams from Marketing, Brand, Creative, Analytics, Finance, and Product to deliver impactful marketing initiatives. Your project management skills are top-notch, allowing you to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and results. You are customer-centric, always seeking innovative ways to enhance the customer experience and reinforce brand loyalty.
Experience with customer lifecycle marketing and a deep understanding of customer segmentation will set you apart. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and experience in managing external partners will be beneficial in this role. A passion for health and wellness, particularly in the food industry, will resonate well with our mission at Green Chef.
