Overview

Klaviyo is seeking a Sales Manager to establish its Commercial Sales presence in Singapore. You'll lead a team of Account Executives to drive new business across various channels. This role requires strong leadership and execution skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with experience in building and leading high-performing teams. Your leadership style is hands-on, and you thrive in fast-moving environments where you can shape team culture and sales strategies. You understand the importance of coaching and developing your team, providing regular feedback and support to help them succeed. You are comfortable with forecasting and have a strategic mindset that allows you to balance people leadership with strong execution. You appreciate diverse backgrounds and experiences, believing they contribute to a richer workplace.

Desirable

Experience in commercial sales or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with inbound, outbound, and partner sales channels. You may have a background in technology or SaaS, which can help you understand the products and services your team will be selling. A passion for mentoring and developing talent is essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.

What you'll do

As the Sales Manager at Klaviyo, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing a team of Commercial Account Executives.
