What you'll do

As a Payment Policy Associate at Oscar, you will be responsible for managing all payment policy activities within the Payment Integrity team. This includes organizing and scoping various projects, investigating payment policy issues, and resolving them in a timely manner. You will collaborate with internal teams to conduct research and gather insights that inform the drafting and updating of payment policies. Your role will require you to analyze data mining and process monitoring to pinpoint claims issues, ensuring that Oscar's payment policies are accurate and effective. You will report directly to the Manager of Payment Policy, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Oscar provides a competitive salary range of $88,800.00 - $116,550.00 per year for this role, along with comprehensive employee benefits.
