Faculty is seeking a Data Scientist to develop and implement human-centered AI solutions for clients in the defence sector. You'll work with Python, SQL, and machine learning techniques to drive impactful AI applications. This role requires a strong analytical background and experience in data analysis.
You have a strong background in data science, with experience in developing and deploying machine learning models that drive real-world impact. Your proficiency in Python allows you to manipulate data effectively and build robust analytical solutions. You are skilled in SQL, enabling you to extract and analyze data from various sources, ensuring that your insights are data-driven and actionable. You understand the importance of ethical AI and are committed to developing solutions that are responsible and human-centric. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. You are adaptable and willing to travel for client engagements, demonstrating your commitment to delivering value to clients in high-stakes situations.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP is a plus, as is familiarity with data visualization tools. A background in the defence sector or similar high-stakes environments would be beneficial, as would knowledge of AI ethics and governance.
