You are skilled in designing partner programs that enable partners to operate independently while ensuring seamless customer experiences. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively across various teams, including Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, and Marketing.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate strategies and align objectives with diverse stakeholders. Your analytical mindset helps you assess partner performance and drive improvements in customer outcomes. You are adaptable and thrive in a dynamic environment, ready to tackle challenges and seize opportunities for growth.

What you'll do

As the Partner Director for SMB Partnerships at OpenAI, you will be at the forefront of expanding our global partner ecosystem. Your primary responsibility will be to design and evolve partner programs that align with our product-led growth model. You will work closely with a diverse set of partners, including agencies, consultancies, and AI-native firms, to build repeatable motions that enhance product distribution and customer success.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our partners are equipped to drive discovery, onboarding, deployment, and adoption of OpenAI’s products. Your role will involve strategic planning and execution, requiring you to analyze market trends and partner performance to identify areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for enabling partners to operate independently, providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed.

In this position, you will travel approximately 25% of the time to meet with partners and attend industry events. You will be based in San Francisco, with in-office presence required Monday through Wednesday and remote flexibility on Thursdays and Fridays. Your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping the future of OpenAI’s partnerships and driving sustainable growth.
