Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on warehouse management systems or similar operational software. You possess a strong understanding of the intersection between physical operations and digital automation, allowing you to empathize deeply with user needs and challenges. Your experience includes leading cross-functional teams and managing product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements. You are skilled in stakeholder management and can effectively communicate with engineering, design, and executive leadership to drive product success. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about building products that solve complex challenges in fulfillment and logistics.

Desirable

Experience with AI and automation technologies is a plus, as is familiarity with the e-commerce or retail sectors. You have a track record of delivering high-impact products and can demonstrate your ability to evolve product strategies based on market trends and user feedback. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and can leverage analytics to inform product direction. A background in agile methodologies will help you navigate the fast-paced nature of product development.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the strategic roadmap for ShipHawk’s Warehouse Management System, aligning it with both customer needs and technical realities. You will lead the product execution from discovery through launch, ensuring that all aspects of the product lifecycle are managed effectively. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to gather insights that inform product features and enhancements. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that the product is not only functional but also user-friendly and scalable. You will define success metrics for the WMS and track performance against these metrics to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will engage with customer success and sales teams to gather feedback and understand market demands, ensuring that the product remains competitive and relevant.

What we offer

ShipHawk offers a dynamic work environment where you can make a significant impact on the future of fulfillment technology. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team dedicated to innovation and excellence. We provide competitive compensation, including base salary and stock options, with final compensation based on experience and role scope. Our culture promotes collaboration, creativity, and a commitment to solving complex challenges in the logistics space. Join us in our mission to build the Intelligent and Autonomous Fulfillment OS, and help shape the future of warehouse management systems.
