Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in user experience, user experience researcher or engineering life-cycles and delivery of features and projects for the product.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in process development and improvement.
- Ability to quickly join an existing process, while adding operational excellence and oversight.
- Excellent problem-solving, discussion, and organizational skills focused and agile under pressure.
- Excellent performance demonstrated in prior roles, coupled with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

- Help setting priorities for product and engineering, leading cross-functional teams to take features to market, ensuring success metrics inform future efforts, and quickly fine-tuning the programs as needed.
- Provide the required software development and project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
- Work closely with software engineers, UX designers, product managers, and other product areas (PAs) to get high-quality products and features through the software project life-cycle (e.g., build, test, and release on time).
- Scale and operationalize an early access partner program with communication plans and feedback mechanisms.
- Manage relationships with internal partners and external partners through roadmap planning, expectations setting, and status reporting.
