Data Management Validator (maternity leave replacement 1 year)

Acronis is revolutionizing cyber protection—providing natively integrated, all-in-one solutions that monitor, control, and protect the data that businesses and lives depend on. We are looking for a Data Management Validator 1 year contract for maternity cover, to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications, and systems across any environment. 

The Data Management Validator position is needed to keep the Marketing and Sales database neat and consistent, as well as actual and actionable. The Data Management Validator will check, correct, and enrich the records that are entering the database from various sources - website, 3rd party activities, and partner streams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• To check the incoming stream of company records for data relevance and consistency in Salesforce with several priorities
• Categorize incoming companies based on internal scripts
• Actively collaborate with Data Management team members and colleagues from other departments for details clarification and problem-solving
• High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracy  
• Collaborative, team-player with a commitment to succeed and never give up attitude 
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision 

WHAT YOU BRING 

• 2+ in domain experience and familiarity with Salesforce, would be an advantage
• Experience with Excel
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to learn the core company processes from the inside
• Positive attitude
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
