Overview

Nubank is seeking a Talent Brand Specialist to enhance their global employer brand and improve the candidate experience. You'll work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to manage brand assets and candidate touchpoints. This role requires a results-oriented mindset and experience in brand management.

Who you are

You have a strong background in talent branding and employer marketing, ideally with experience in a digital or tech-focused environment. You understand the importance of a compelling employer brand and how it influences candidate attraction and retention. You are results-oriented and thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with various teams to achieve common goals. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey the employer brand effectively across different channels. You are comfortable analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies and improve candidate experiences. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a global organization while maintaining local relevance in your branding efforts.

Desirable

Experience in digital marketing or content creation is a plus, as is familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools. A background in human resources or talent acquisition would also be beneficial, providing you with insights into the candidate journey and hiring processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the employer brand assets and the candidate journey throughout the hiring process. You will collaborate with the Head of Talent Brand, Sourcing & Early Careers to develop and implement strategies that enhance Nubank's employer brand. You will manage candidate-facing touchpoints, ensuring they reflect the company's values and culture. You will analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of branding initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to align branding efforts with recruitment goals, ensuring a consistent and engaging candidate experience. You will also contribute to the development of content that showcases Nubank's unique culture and values, helping to attract top talent.
