Overview

Showpad is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and expansion within the Commercial segment. You'll build executive-level relationships and manage the renewal process for key accounts. This role requires 1-4 years of experience in software sales.

Who you are

You have 1-4 years of experience selling software into mid-sized to large enterprises — you understand the nuances of the sales process and have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently. You excel at building and maintaining executive-level relationships, ensuring that your clients see the value in the solutions you provide. You are adept at identifying whitespace opportunities within existing accounts and are skilled at conducting Annual Business Reviews to align on desired outcomes and success plans.

You are a strategic thinker who can learn and document your customer's business model, including their key performance indicators and objectives. You understand the importance of aligning your efforts with your customers' strategic initiatives and are committed to supporting them adequately. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote work flexibility.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Showpad, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expansion through new products and services within the Commercial segment. You will own the renewal process for your selected accounts, ensuring that clients are satisfied and engaged with the Showpad platform. Your primary responsibility will be to create and maintain an Account Plan that identifies opportunities for growth and value realization.

You will conduct Annual Business Reviews with your clients, ensuring mutual alignment on desired outcomes and success plans moving forward. By leveraging the Showpad Partner network, you will drive greater value realization for your customers, helping them achieve their strategic goals. You will be responsible for identifying and understanding your customer's key strategic initiatives, ensuring that Showpad is adequately supporting them.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to share the Showpad success story with organizations around the world. You will help clients understand the value Showpad offers in aligning Sales and Marketing, ultimately contributing to the company's growth. Your ability to build strong relationships and drive customer success will be essential to your success in this position.
