Saviynt is seeking a Regional Partner Director to drive partner engagement and revenue growth in the New York area. This role involves collaborating with sales teams and partner organizations to align strategies and achieve targets.
You have a strong background in partner management and business development, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise lies in driving partner engagement and revenue growth, particularly in the technology or SaaS sectors. You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales and account executives. You are adept at aligning strategies with partner organizations to achieve regional targets and drive operational efficiency.
Experience in identity security or cloud-based solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with AI technologies. You have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. Your analytical skills enable you to assess market trends and identify opportunities for growth. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving results.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving partner engagement and revenue growth across the New England, New York Metro, and Mid-Atlantic markets. You will collaborate closely with Regional Vice Presidents of Sales and Account Executives to align strategies and achieve regional targets. Your focus will be on leveraging Saviynt's AI-powered identity platform to standardize and automate identity services for scalable client delivery. You will develop and implement partner engagement strategies that enhance collaboration and drive mutual success.
You will also analyze market trends and partner performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Regularly reporting on partner engagement metrics and revenue contributions will be part of your responsibilities. You will work to foster a balanced work environment that encourages innovation and collaboration among team members.
