What you'll do

As the Vice President of Business Systems at GitLab, you will be responsible for defining the strategic vision for enterprise systems that power our global operations. You will lead a distributed team of approximately 60 professionals across various domains, including Sales Systems and Customer Systems. Your role will involve setting the architectural direction and ensuring that systems are aligned with the company's mission to enhance collaboration and efficiency. You will work closely with the CIO to execute initiatives that drive operational success and support the company's growth objectives. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for leveraging AI to improve processes and outcomes.
