Flowhub is seeking a Technical Product Support Specialist to provide exceptional support for their cannabis retail ecosystem. You'll troubleshoot technical issues and assist customers with their software and hardware integrations. This role is ideal for those who enjoy solving technical puzzles and helping others.
You are a problem solver who enjoys tackling technical challenges and providing exceptional customer support. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn about Flowhub's product suite, including Flowhub Maui and Flowhub Pay. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers and understand their needs is crucial in this role. You have a passion for technology and enjoy tinkering with various systems, ensuring that you can assist customers with their inquiries and issues. You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality support, earning the trust of dispensaries that rely on Flowhub's solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues related to Flowhub's software and hardware integrations. You will become an expert in Flowhub Maui and its interactions with POS hardware, printers, scanners, and networks. When dispensaries reach out for support, you will quickly assess their needs and provide effective solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with other team members to ensure that customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and documentation, helping to enhance the overall customer experience.
Flowhub offers a competitive salary range of $28.85 - $36.06 per hour, along with equity options. You will be part of a dynamic team that values accountability, collaboration, and customer success.
