You have extensive experience in printed circuit board (PCB) design, with a strong background in leading teams and managing projects. Your technical expertise includes proficiency in tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, and KiCAD, allowing you to create high-performance designs that meet stringent reliability standards. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with electrical and mechanical engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of designs. Your leadership style focuses on mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

You are adept at establishing project priorities and objectives, ensuring that your team meets cost and performance goals.
