You have over 5 years of experience in growth management, particularly in social media monetization, where you've successfully driven revenue growth for creators on platforms like Meta and TikTok. Your deep understanding of social media advertising strategies allows you to craft compelling narratives that resonate with both creators and audiences. You are adept at analyzing performance metrics and diagnosing issues to optimize revenue streams effectively.
Your experience includes building monetization roadmaps that align with platform-specific norms and ad products. You have a proven track record of defining creative formats and sales motions that unlock incremental revenue for creators. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless execution of monetization strategies.
You possess strong negotiation skills, having successfully influenced product roadmaps and secured favorable terms with platform partners. In this role, you will lead the monetization strategy for Amazon's Creator Ad Partnerships team, focusing on platforms like Meta and TikTok. You will be responsible for building and executing a monetization roadmap that aligns with each platform's unique creative norms and ad products. Your expertise will guide the development of native creative formats and sales motions that drive revenue for creators.
You will own revenue, CPM, and margin performance across all social surfaces, diagnosing performance issues and turning them into actionable fixes. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you track how top creators and publishers monetize across both organic and paid channels, forecasting trends and identifying new formats to pursue.
As the primary counterpart to Meta and TikTok teams, you will influence product roadmaps, negotiate preferred rates, and escalate delivery issues as needed. Building relationships with additional services such as Prime Video and YouTube will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that you stay ahead of industry trends and opportunities.
