What you'll do

As a Quality Control Inspector at Xometry, you will conduct thorough inspections of machined parts and finished goods, verifying their conformance to customer specifications and quality standards. You will utilize the AQL sampling plan outlined in ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 to ensure that inspections are systematic and reliable. Your role will involve accurately documenting inspection results, testing data, and any non-conformances in accordance with ISO standards and Xometry's quality management system. You will maintain organized and controlled electronic records, which are crucial for tracking quality metrics and ensuring compliance. Additionally, you will contribute to the development, revision, and maintenance of inspection procedures and work instructions, helping to enhance the overall quality assurance process. You will also assist in quality investigations related to customer complaints, playing a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and trust in Xometry's products.
