You'll work with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker to support real-time data pipelines. This role requires 2+ years of experience and offers a remote-first work environment.
You have 2+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer or DevOps, focusing on cloud applications and infrastructure. Your background includes designing and maintaining cloud platforms, and you understand the intricacies of network, compute, and storage infrastructure. You are motivated to improve developer productivity and enhance the engineering experience across teams. You possess strong problem-solving skills and can effectively communicate with stakeholders to identify system requirements. Your experience with observability systems and CI/CD pipelines makes you a valuable asset to any engineering team.
Experience with real-time data pipelines and integrations with ride-hailing services like Uber and Lyft is a plus. Familiarity with automation tools and LLM-integrated bots to reduce developer toil will set you apart. In this role, you will design, build, document, test, and maintain the cloud platform infrastructure for Motional's autonomous vehicle fleet. Your responsibilities will include assisting with high-level analysis, system design, and conducting code reviews to maintain code quality. You will collaborate closely with various teams to identify pain points and implement solutions that enhance developer productivity. You will work on observability systems and CI/CD pipelines, focusing on cost and performance optimizations, as well as security improvements for cloud systems. Additionally, you will contribute to automation efforts and develop services that integrate with LLMs to streamline workflows.
