As a Recruiting Coordinator at Datadog, you will play a crucial role in organizing all facets of the candidate interview process. This includes scheduling interviews, managing communication workflows, and coordinating travel and reimbursements for candidates. You will ensure that job openings and postings in our Applicant Tracking System are accurate and compliant, providing exceptional experiences for all candidates. You will greet candidates and provide office tours for those visiting onsite, supporting the training of new interviewers to scale interview panels effectively. Additionally, you will partner with internal and cross-functional team members to improve processes and develop strong stakeholder relationships with recruiters, people business partners, and hiring managers. Your role will also involve supporting the onboarding of new team members, delivering informative sessions, and providing ongoing support while upholding high standards of excellence.
