What you'll do

As the Brand Lead at Reflection, you will take ownership of the brand across all channels, ensuring a cohesive and engaging presence. You will be responsible for hands-on design and rapid prototyping of brand assets, often with same-day turnarounds. Your role will involve real-time brand narrative development as our models and capabilities evolve weekly, ensuring that our messaging remains relevant and impactful.

You will manage social media strategies that align with our technical announcements and engage with the AI discourse. Your presence at major AI conferences will be crucial, as you will oversee booth design, swag, and experiential activations that leave a lasting impression on attendees. You will also develop visual systems that make complex AI concepts accessible to diverse audiences, enhancing our brand's reach and understanding.

Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with enterprise customers and the developer community to establish brand partnerships and co-marketing initiatives. Building a scrappy brand team that can execute on ambitious goals will be a priority, and you will lead efforts to ensure that the team operates effectively and creatively.
