Notable is seeking a Senior Strategic Partnerships Sales Executive to lead enterprise sales cycles in the healthcare sector. You'll own a defined territory and drive customer acquisition and retention. This role requires experience in consultative sales within healthcare SaaS.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the healthcare sector, and understand the complexities of selling SaaS solutions to large organizations. Your consultative approach allows you to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth. You thrive in high-impact environments and are comfortable managing the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing deals and beyond.
With at least 5 years of experience in sales, you have developed a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and the challenges faced by health systems and payers. You are adept at navigating complex sales processes and can effectively communicate the value of innovative solutions to diverse stakeholders. Your ability to think strategically and act tactically enables you to identify opportunities for expansion and upsell within existing accounts.
You are a self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your strong communication skills allow you to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, making you a trusted advisor to your clients. You are passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and are driven by a mission to make a meaningful impact in the industry.
Experience with healthcare AI platforms or similar technologies is a plus, as is familiarity with the sales processes specific to enterprise-level clients. You may also have a background in account management, which complements your sales expertise and enhances your ability to nurture long-term relationships with customers.
In this role, you will own a named territory of large Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and enterprise healthcare customers, leading the charge in driving new business and expanding existing accounts. Your responsibilities will include prospecting new logos, managing complex sales cycles, and serving as the long-term commercial owner of your accounts. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that solutions are tailored to drive maximum value.
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with Notable's mission to transform healthcare. This involves identifying key decision-makers within target organizations, understanding their pain points, and presenting tailored solutions that address their specific challenges. You will leverage your expertise to guide clients through the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to contract negotiation and beyond.
As a Senior Strategic Partnerships Sales Executive, you will also play a crucial role in driving customer retention and satisfaction. You will regularly engage with clients to assess their ongoing needs and identify opportunities for upselling additional services or features.
