You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the technology sector. Your experience includes managing customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle. You are adept at collaborating with sales and technical teams to address customer needs and drive renewals. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders alike. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are comfortable using CRM tools to track customer interactions and outcomes.
