Rubrik is hiring an Account Executive to drive bookings growth in a greenfield territory. You'll be responsible for building and expanding your territory while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and strong sales skills.
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in technology or data protection solutions. You thrive in a competitive environment and are motivated by the challenge of building a business from the ground up. Your entrepreneurial mindset allows you to identify opportunities and create a strong pipeline of potential clients. You are a strong communicator, capable of navigating complex buying cycles and establishing relationships with key stakeholders. You understand the importance of collaboration and work closely with Sales Engineers and other team members to achieve your goals. You are driven by results and have a passion for helping organizations protect their data against cyber threats.
In this role, you will define and execute a go-to-market plan for your territory, focusing on generating new business opportunities. You will relentlessly prospect and engage with potential clients, using your skills to create a robust pipeline. Your responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals with enterprise clients. You will collaborate with Sales Engineers and other team members to ensure a seamless sales process and provide the best solutions for your clients. You will also be responsible for tracking your sales activities and reporting on your progress to management. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed your bookings targets while establishing Rubrik's presence in a new market.
